1. --tell front desk to send security (who did arrive promptly, and knew enough to stay close by to deal w another disruption)--if you can't go back to sleep, listen to the drunks next door take their showers and argue since the noise comes through--wait 2hrs before you drift back to sleep--wake up irritable.

3. I hate valet parking but there is little choice in downtown Denver and the car retrieval times were actually prompt, not the usual eternity which makes you wonder what the $20 was for.
