1. Bed's firmer than we like but since there were two beds, the comforter from the extra bed worked to soften it up.

3. A few drawbacks: hall and other room noise can be susbtantial; the bathrooms suck, no way around it (they are like late fifties early sixties 'ultra modern' so its really like your very own airline potty but with a bathtub).

4. Cons:- I was in town for a conference and when I booked my room online in the 'notes' section I put that I would like a quiet room away from vending machines and elevators.
