5. I had a problem with a slow running drain in the sink, I told the front desk in the morning, and when I got back to my room later that day, the sink was completely unclogged, so they get good marks for solving problems.

7. There were many good restaurants nearby to choose from and one of our best meals was in the hotel itself, at the Palm Steakhouse, a branch of the famous Palm of New York City.
