5. I know it has nothing to do with the hotel, but they are located in the hotel building on the street level where you enter the hotel--just would have been nice and convenient.

6. The only drawback I have about this hotel is that I wish the Starbucks located on the street level of the hotel was open more hours, it never seemed to be open and that would have been very convenient.
