1. The breakfast was included when we went, and the night we checked in they had complimentary beer/wine from 5-6 and fresh cookies and milk from 8-10pm.

6. There is a work out room on site on the upper floor for those who prefer the alternative of walking indoors on a treadmill versus taking in the fresh mile high air outside, but I cannot comment as I did not use the complimentary facility.
