2. The service and accommodation is not any more personal, the room was smaller, and the concierge service was unhelpful -- we received no help regarding our question about transportation, despite the promise of a follow-up call.

8. Usually when we arrive at a hotel, even though we have asked for hypoallergic accommodations in advance, we will get a room where all they have done is take the feather pillows and duvet from a pre-made bed and replace them with synthetics.
