2. From the town car service from/to the airport, hospitality of the front desk and food service staff, bell hops opening doors for us and driving us around in the complimentary shuttle, everyone had a smile on their faces and seemed too happy to take care of us.

6. I thought the staff went above and beyond to take care of us, especially Taylor at the valet, he helped us get our huge marketing truck in the building when it wouldn't fit through the normal gates.

7. He took care of getting us a town car instead of taking the Super Shuttle (which spends about a half hour picking up passengers from other hotels).

9. Be careful of the mats as I had the unpleasant experience of almost tripping twice because my wheely luggage got caught on the floor mats at the entrance and at the front desk.
