1. The first morning I was there I needed a file for my nail and when I asked the clerk at the desk, she said they didn't supply files, but she had a new one in her purse, so I felt that was an extra kindness on the part of the staff.

6. After talking a very friendly front desk clerk, they informed me of the new carpet & bedding that had been added as well as a refrigerator & micorwave in all rooms for the guests convenience.
