3. I had read a couple of bad reviews and have to admit that I was leary, but my room was nice and clean and I cannot think of a time when I received a better value during a hotel stay.

4. i came to find that not only the service was excellent (everytime i asked for something extra, the staff took the time in taking care of me and calling me back to make sure the issue got resolved) i could not have asked for something better.

6. I found this place in Dallas on Expedia - i like to stay in Best Westerns as I find their standards are consistently high and good value - but this one was even better than others.

7. Their beds were so comfortable that I have slept better in this hotel than any other, & I travel quite a bit throughout the year.

8. It was very hard to find and when I called to ask for better directions, I had to call several times before I was able to talk to anyone.

10. If the staff was trained a little better it would be good, however the banging because they wanted me to move my car, place another type of chair in my room or housekeeping because it was terrible.
