2. She had no clue and asked the 'manager' who was busy and texting and really didn't care and she said if you don't have it in your room, we don't have it.

3. i came to find that not only the service was excellent (everytime i asked for something extra, the staff took the time in taking care of me and calling me back to make sure the issue got resolved) i could not have asked for something better.
