2. He insisted on carrying our luggage, drive us around the city in the hotel van and he made sure we felt extremely welcome every time we came home from sightseeing or something else - He is truly a great representative of the Crowne Plaza chain as well as Dallas itself - Nothing less.

5. CLUB ROOM/FLOOR: There is no Club Room atthis hotel but every Wednesday night they havealcoholic welcome drinks and snacks for Priority Club members from 5pm to 7pm.

10. I walked into the room to find the A/C already turned down and the room cool (70 degrees on a 98 degree day) with molded chocolates and dipped stawberrys sitting on the table along with two true Texas Lone star beers as a welcoming gift.
