1. All in all it is not as glamorous as the new Omni or the nearby Magnolia, etc but for a good bed at a reasonable price, I would recommend it.

5. Location was the main reason we decided on this hotel however I would have to say that the staff were excellent especially Alex who assisted with transport and ideas of where to go and Christopher in the restaurant/bar who took the time to speak with us about the area.

8. I understand this reasoning, however, that is something they should tell you upon check in because this was the first time I had ever had to do this at a hotel.

9. They also don't tell you that you need to use your room key to use the elevator due to security reasons.
