3. As I screamed at the hotel manager a local policeman standing in the lobby pulled me aside and said 'Just don't hurt him, this is a problem hotel, we never hear anything positive about this place, even the food is bad, scream all you want, they deserve it, just don't hit him.

6. On the positive side, the West End district is within walking distance; the light rail train is just outside the hotel; the wireless internet access was free and simple to use; and an ATM was directly across the street.
