1. The hotel offers a free breakfast which was very good, included hot items like cheese omelets, hot fresh baked cinnamon rolls, sausage, and gravy biscuits as well as cold cereal and juice.

4. Please do not be impressed with the renovations, it is more like cover work tapping over things, everything is still old, with just some new paints and a few fix ups.

7. About the only thing visitors may wish to know is that the hotel is on a narrow road in an older, modest, lower income residential neighborhood, but the homes are well-maintained, single-family, likely owner-occupied and not barred up.

8. The hotel is right off of the freeway so it wasn`t like we had to drive through any local streets to get to it.

9. It is close to the expressway but it is not worth staying there for that as there are far nicer hotels like this in more desirable area just one and two exits away.
