The young man who girlfriend goes to college in NJ was very accommodating and did his best to appease a platinum member, but the morning front desk staff total attitude, and did not listen when I asked if the management could change the ink in the so called business center area (which was really a table in a corner with a computer and printer).

3. The manager and all staff were extremely accommodating and helpful, providing info as to various restaurants in the area with to-go or delivery food; providing us a loaner cell phone charger when we had forgotten one.
