1. The best of all when I was shown the best room with the Jacuzzi; to my shock, why was the Jacuzzi in the middle of the room in a corner with two corner mirrors.

The young man who girlfriend goes to college in NJ was very accommodating and did his best to appease a platinum member, but the morning front desk staff total attitude, and did not listen when I asked if the management could change the ink in the so called business center area (which was really a table in a corner with a computer and printer).
