3. the only reason i gave service a 3 out of 5 was b/c i had no real issues and didn't have to bother them for anything with the exception of asking the guy behind the counter for something with their address on it so i could pop it in the gps to find it after going around columbus.

5. We ate dinner in the onsite restaraunt and the food was very good and at a reasonable price.

6. On the plus side, this hotel was very clean, the public areas are nicely appointed and attractive, the staff was pleasant and helpful, they have ample parking and it's reasonably easy to get to.
