1. Perhaps that sounds cliche, I simply do not care, I love this hotel and will continue to keep staying here as long as the staff does not change and the hotel keeps improving.

6. There are 'Quiet Floors' - ask for a Quiet Floor even if you don`t care so much about noise - I think it would be a good idea.

7. On top of the staff`s lack of knowledge, I was disappointed that the hotel`s shop was closed without posting any type of notice to guests (I needed to purchase some personal care products and the staff didn`t offer to provide them when I inquired about the shop).
