7. I had one little problem when I went to get something from the car, but left my keycard upstairs - the elevator needs your card and they helped me out.

8. On the plus side, this hotel was very clean, the public areas are nicely appointed and attractive, the staff was pleasant and helpful, they have ample parking and it's reasonably easy to get to.
