4. Positives of this hotel are huge rooms, friendly front desk (in fact, friendly everyone), great view if your room is on the river side (ours wasn't but several of our friends rooms were).

10. Doubletree is not all that much better in looks or feel but at least you get 2 huge rooms with 2 huge 42' LCD TVs and a pretty decent breakfast brought by the friendliest staff that sure brightens your day.
