1. The lobby is up the 6th or so floor, which seemed odd, and of course there was no one to help me drag my junk in from the adjacent parking garage.

8. For the most part there is no greeter out by the street, so if you are looking for a bellhop to help you with your bags and direct you this isn't the place for you.
