Great location, nice large suites, it was decorated nicely (and I appreciate the Doubletree touch of having both garbage and recycling cans in the rooms), the riverview is beautiful, the immediate area is great and walkable (how have I lived in Ohio my whole life and not been to the cool Columbus riverwalk??).

2. When we called the front desk to ask if we were operating the A/C unit correctly since our room wasn't cooling off, they informed us that they had been having trouble with the A/C throughout the building all day and were hoping to resolve the problem within the next two hours.
