4. Just concluded a two-day Board retreat at The Westin and was very impressed with the level of service from the catering staff (exceptional - Anna, Briole, Yonas, Channie, Elsie) and the conference service director Nicole.

Talk about a terrible first impression - this hotel is surrounded by a ton of construction (many streets blocked off) plus it is by a courthouse; so lots of derelicts awaiting their sentencing /trials across the street plus surrounded by a ton of bail bond offices; didn't feel safe walking around after dark.
