1. Unfortunately on my bill they charged me twice for parking - I know the bills are generated automatically but it would be nice if the hotel staff could quickly review for accuracy before sliding under your door in the morning.

3. Even though much of our stay was in the northern suburbs, we enjoyed being downtown and really prefer the feel of this beautiful, historic property as opposed to typical, generic new hotels.

4. I am in a perfectly nice room-it is smaller than some Westin's but more than big enough & the bathroom is very generously sized.

6. Some of the rooms can be small (we get free upgrades because of our membership), but they are all really clean and comfortable and the staff was generally really friendly.
