5. I stay in alot of hotels and have never been disturbed so much or so early by housekeeping staff before and this alone would make me seriously re-consider staying at this hotel again despite the fact I am a big Westin fan.

8. Bathroom was fine (sink area a little small no where to put toiletries, but in another family members room there was a nice big counter so it depends on the room you get).

Having just stayed in four hotels in the last two weeks, all around the country, I can say that we have just days ago had much better, if not phenomenal service, from hotels in Chicago, IL (the 'big city' in comparison to Columbus) and tiny South Bend, IN (where we paid a fraction of what we're paying here).
