6. tho we are from cleveland we never stayed at ritz carlton, i think they are over rated, but to celebrate our friends wedding anniversery we booked 4 massages, there fitness center is small but have everything, we were greeted with bottle of white wine, there was one indian guy who was the best, he made our day, he bought us some chocolates also and we and our friends were very pleased with his service and just coz of him we wanna try and stay at ritz, cleveland next time.
