1. There were no slippers in the room, no proper turndown service and the room looked more like a Red-Roof in than a luxury hotel.

I just thought, overall, that there were a few little details that made this seem very much like a Marriott Concierge level, which is nothing bad--we appreciate those levels as well, but we certainly did reserve and pay for the club level with express expectations for a Ritz, not Marriott, experience.

3. I also noticed shower curtains in the locker rooms---I think it should be a consideration for the property to move to something a little nicer--like glass doors.

4. We are local, so we probably will not spend the money to stay here again, but if you like upper end hotels, this one will meet your expectations.

6. Of course the problem is that unless you have plans, like a baseball game, football game, or the Rock and Roll hall of fame downtown Cleveland where the hotel is located is sorely lacking.

8. It feels like this hotel used to be something else, but the Ritz bought it & tried to rebrand? Or it's just a tired Ritz? Really tired.
