How is an entire exercise room out of service???- elevators are dirty- breakfast area looks cramped (haven't eaten there yet)- no real closet, just a wardrobe that isn't tall enough so my pants are dragging on the floor (I'm 5'6')- towels are threadbare- staff seems overworked in general and upset because of thatI love Hampton Inns and make it a point to stay at Hampton when I travel.
