The carpet was filthy, and on two separate occasions I rode the elevator with staff members that did ignored easily correctable issues in the elevator - one was a coffee spill on the threshold of the elevator, and the other was a dirty napkin from the breakfast area on the floor of the elevator.

2. It seems like it takes forever to reach the correct floor, and then only half of that floor is covered parking, the rest is the roof of the garage.

3. But, was a correct stay, if I will go back to Cleveland, I'm not sure I will stay again in this hotel, because we had some issues with the front desk about breakfast coupon, room upgrade etc.
