4. The hotel was spotless and all the employees we encountered were top notch except the cashier in 'Ingredients Cafe' who was permanently on the house phone with her personal calls.

7. Downtown Cincinnati isn't necessarily a booming area after 9pm, with the exception of ice skating at the fountain, which was a lot of fun to watch.
