1. Nothing wrong with this hotel, just nothing special - when the La Quinta Charlotte South is so close, stay there (see my review of that location - newly renovated).

3. Our pillow cases seemed to have some marks on them (not sure if they were just stains or unwashed) so we requested two new sets of them for the beds.

7. The bright side is that the beds, pillows and linens were top quality and very comfortable and the newly remodeled furnishings are very chic and up to date.

9. Definite Pros: Rooms appear recently redesigned with modern decor and nice linens, new microfridge, etc; bed was super comfy with plenty of pillows; front desk staff was personable; location is very convenient to I-85.
