1. The continental breakfast was quite satisfactory (except for the cardboard/polystyrene cups and plastic cutlery which seem to be the norm in hotel chains in America - sorry, no offence intended) and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

2. After staying the night and washing my hands several times without noticing, when I showered the following morning the water came out brown for the first few minutes which would not have been a huge problem except, as others have also commented, the water was very very slow to drain.

3. I found it very good and quiet and every body there was so nice and helpful with one exception a woman called Amend at the front desk, I was Lucky that I dealt with her for only one hour.
