1. We stayed here one night, had a good night's sleep, a good breakfast (love the cinnamon rolls) and were on our way the next day.

4. A good, reasonably priced hotel in an up and coming neighborhood that used to (40 years ago) smell like cow manure and now smells like Purple Kush and expresso beans.

5. I like places that are willing to bend the rules for a good cause and this was further displayed when we returned later from the aforementioned ski trip bent and broken and requiring a midnight dip in the outside hot tub.

6. We were very grateful for that because it was extremely hot the whole time we were in Boulder, We shared the hotel with at least 2 girls softball teams in town for a tournament, so the breakfast area was a little crowded each morning, but the food was pretty good and we enjoyed the company.
