4. They try to make one feel welcome with their homemade cookies and continental breakfast, but the assistant general manager (and lesser extent the general manager) need to have a much more civil attitude towards their guests, and they need to do a better job at cleaning the rooms.

5. The rooms were filthy (sinks and tub dirty), I found a dead roach in the bed and the assistant general manager was horrendously obnoxious.
