1. The rooms, theoretically the most important part were better than expected, spacious and well appointed, with kitchenettes, microwave,fridge, etc.

2. They try to make one feel welcome with their homemade cookies and continental breakfast, but the assistant general manager (and lesser extent the general manager) need to have a much more civil attitude towards their guests, and they need to do a better job at cleaning the rooms.
