4. What a great hotel, very convenient, easy to walk everywhere, a little hard to find and it's showing it's age but worth it because it's nice and quiet and the staff is extremely helpful and friendly.

We've stayed at the John Hancock several times before, but returning there this summer, we discovered anew the convenience of its location -- just steps away from the T, across the street from Copley, and about two blocks from the park, but angled away just enough from street traffic to afford some quietness.

10. It was clean, quiet, the staff was really friendly and helpful, and a free continental breakfast every morning (granted the rolls were a little stale but its FREE) There is a really over priced parking garage across the street.
