1. The bathroom was below average and looked like it was 40 years old, but the towels are clean and complimentary personal care items were OK.

3. Yes, it is a dated hotel, the walls could stand some new paint and the furnishings are so-so, but who really cares at these prices? It is immaculately clean (which is important to me) has basic amenitites (hairdryer, coffee maker and iron and ironing board, TV in room) and a continental breakfast included in the price.
