3. I would think a business in the hospitality industry would train their people (who are the first introduction to their customers) to have some sort of positive demeanor in the way they greeted their guests.

4. I had a positive experience a couple months ago and they were even better this time.

5. The only real positive about this place is that it does have some bars and Hooters right there, and the TB Banknorth Center (Celtics) is right across the street.
