5. If not, you can actually walk to quite a few attractions and it is 2 blocks from the T station- renovation is nice.

6. A nice feature of the windows is that they can be opened a little bit to let in the fresh sea air, but keeping them open at night is impossible due to the number of bars blasting out pulsating, thumping music.
