1. The only downsides to the hotel in my opinion are there is no free Internet unless you stay in a deluxe room, which is ridiculous, no major hotel in this country should still be charging for use of the Internet especially when it is provided for free in other sections of the hotel and the other downside is there sometimes is an odd odor when you first enter a guest room.

10. Back on the plus side, there is a free USA Today located near the elevators and the bell captain, a gym, a sundries/souvenir shop and we had a great time and felt like we were in opulence since the Boston Park Plaza Hotel is a historical hotel as well.
