1. It's a personal preference, but I don't like paying the same price as the general public when I'm giving them a heck of a lot more money, but that's neither here nor there.

4. Staff was generally nice, but oddly and I think cruely, the concierge must stand his or her entire shift (8-12 hours).

5. The staff was generally nice but we never got a call back from the head of security (ourdesignated contact person for the fall) when we asked about a medical evaluation when my spouse's back seemed no better after three days.

6. As one who freqents hotels and knows doors generally close loudly i didn't realize it didn't actually shut until an hour after I entered the room the 1st time.

7. Note: Westin did award additional points (not enough to get a room for a night though) to the Starwood Preferred Guest account upon receipt of a letter to the general Manager.

8. Staff generally good, did have a wait on check out as only 2 desks open and no priority for SPG guests, in fact when we went up to the SPG desk we were told very rudely by another guest to get back in line, and the staff ignored it.

9. We stayed only one night at this hotel but were very impressed by the service we received when we arrived and the decor and generous proportions of the public areas as well as the rooms.
