Minus- Very small reception, sometimes pretty busy (I noticed same super small reception/only one person in check counter in other CQ, PLEASE add more people and you create more jobs, ya know, don't save on staff, it is annoying waiting for a long time or having to do the electronic check-in, i go to an easyHotel for that).
