1. When the main point of a hotel is to SLEEP there, then one would think that the bed should be the best part of the stay.

10. Hotel is located in a quiet street (at least on the weekend, assumly also in the evenings), Freedom Trail and breakfast locations just around the corner, for dining possibly not the best location (but 10-15 minutes walk to Italian quarter).
