1. Pros-had just one bed which was all we needed and it was very comfy -window opens so that you can have some fresh air for sleeping-so convienient to subway; Freedom Trail; harbour; Quincy Mkt; Boston Common and more-on-site restaurant/pub is very good.

4. Seriously, the fabric that holds the bottom of the bed together was ripped almost fully away from the bed, the linen was not fresh, and the first night I was there, a spring fell out of the bottom of the sofa.
