1. It's not right downtown but easy access to T and airport and plenty of space, cheaper than being right in town generally.

10. When we got up the next morning and returned to the main lobby for breakfast, we noted the stickiness of the floors around the food area (which had been there the previous night), and were a little reluctant to eat there because of the general filthiness of the place.
