2. 99 24 hours premium access and also their lower speed advertising based free WiFi option (which by all means it's nothing but a fast one to which you are granted access upon viewing an ad or completing a survey) I can conclude that this is a rip off.

3. Yes the hotel has some wear and tear but it is reasonably priced, at the airport (walk across the parking lot to return you car at Avis or dollar) , a nice staff and reasonably fast wireless.
