1. We didn't have a view but also didn't request one so if you care about this I would imagine the park would be the most attractive thing you could see from this hotel.

2. The cot we had requested wasn't there when we arrived but I mentioned it to the concierge while asking for directions and she took care of that plus our request for additional coffee and cups for the morning.

4. At least there was absolutely no argument as to the liability for damages and the manager is helping to take care of the cost with my local body shop, something that I'm not sure would happen with a lesser hotel.

10. this is by far the worst Hilton location I have ever stayed at; missed wake up calls, no alarm clocks in the room, beds not made, 1 towel in room, no soap, no utensils at breakfast buffet, 45 minutes to get valet service and a staff that didn't care one way or the other about any of the above.
