9. It's about 3 blocks to Boston Common and there are several good, reasonably priced restaurants in the area, known as the Theater District.

10. If you need a one night reasonable price stop over hotel, this location is fine maybe two nights but as a home from home, not all rooms have kitchenette or lounge area.
