1. I booked the hotel as it was reasonably priced, and had generally positive reviews.

5. Didn't get cookies at check in: not generally worth mentioning, but isn't that the Doubletree 'Thing'? The Hotel is in the middle of Chinatown which walking back to feels a little dodgy (but probably is not).
