9. The staff wasn't too impressive, concierge not too friendly, never saw anyone in lobby to help with bags, front desk refused my request for a one hour late check-out (my fault for having booked a popular room).

10. The one time we tried to use the concierge (to ask for directions to the childrens museum), there were 3 people ahead of me, and she kept calling out for help, but nobody came.
